What is the mission of CIDER ON FILM?
Great question, and we're glad you asked.

The mission of CIDER ON FILM is to: 1) document cider & cider lifestyle as seen through classic film cameras on photographic film hand-developed in traditional photochemistry; 2) enjoy this slow-moving but delightfully fun process to the utmost with as many ciders as possible, toward multiplying my own enjoyment of cider and traditional film photography; 3) infuse new value into the cider visual experience and into the cider world at large so as to promote cider brands and cidermakers in a visually unique way, while also raising the awareness of cider to casual observers; and 4) preserve, archive, commemorate, and immortalize contemporary cider in permanent, living form.

When will I be charged?
You will be charged immediately upon making an order.

My credit card won't go through. What's the problem?
Our payment system needs to verify the CVC/CVV code, along with the billing zip/postal code. We always need to verify the zip/postal code of the card. If you are using a pre-paid gift credit/payment card, please check with the issuing company to see if you need to register the card or if they provide the zip/postal code. If you are still having issues with your payment card, please contact your bank first and then contact us at [email protected] for more troubleshooting options.

What payment methods can I use?

We accept all major credit cards, but will be looking to also offer PayPal, ApplePay, and cryptocurrency, such as Bitcoin/Bitcoin Cash, Litecoin, XRP, etc., in the future.

What can I do if my box/the items inside is/are damaged?
We work with our shipping partners so as to ensure that CIDER ON FILM boxes can withstand the journey to your door. We understand that each box goes through its own unique journey and may be dropped, tossed, or may endure additional stress. If you are unhappy with the condition of your products upon arrival, please contact us at [email protected].

How long does it take to receive my first order?
Depending on the destination country, from the moment of shipment to receipt, the shipping time averages about 2-3 weeks, as our products are sent from warehouses worldwide. Order are fulfilled within 7-10 days starting immediately when any order is made, so the wait shouldn't be excessive.

Can shipments be tracked?
Yes, shipments can be tracked. The shipment is trackable throughout all stages of movement. You can even see when its going through customs. Please be advised that there may be delays due to weather, postal disruptions, customs delays, political situations, pandemics, nuclear disasters, alien invasions, asteroid impacts, and other anomalies, etc. Customers will be provided with tracking info upon product shipment.

What happens if my box does not show up?
Depending on your home country and the shipping conditions that apply thereto, having a box NOT show up can happen. It is possible that it is stuck in customs. We can track your box via the provided tracking number, or you contact us at [email protected] for more information. We will do our best to sort out any problems. Please also refer to our TERMS & CONDITIONS. We ask that you wait at least six weeks before you inquire with us about a lost or missing box. If you receive a letter or message from your post office about a damaged or lost box, feel free to email us right away at [email protected] with a photo of the letter or message so that we can assess the situation.

Does the total cost of my order include international customs duties and sales taxes?
We do not charge for customs duties, as such may be collected by your country of residence at the time of delivery. Such duties are the responsibility of the buyer. It is advised that you inquire with your local postal service to get an estimate for the fees to be collected. Please keep in mind that because customs duties are charged by your local government, we are not liable for extra charges that you may incur, as we do not have control over the customs duties of various countries. If you decide to refuse your shipment to avoid paying customs fees, we cannot provide a refund for the cost of the box or the shipping. Regarding sales taxes, shipping for the U.S., EU, U.K., Australia, New Zealand, and Canada includes all local sales taxes. Taxes for Japan and all other regions are calculated separately. Please also note that, for orders fulfilled at our distribution centers in the U.S., customers in EFTA states (Iceland, Norway, and Switzerland) might incur customs duties upon arrival, so we recommend that customers in the mentioned countries understand this situation.

Are there any countries that CIDER ON FILM does NOT ship to?
Yes, there are. If we cannot ship to your country, such as due to regular customs issues and high percentages of lost packages, the checkout system will not allow your order to be processed.

What is your refund and exchange policy?
If for any reason you are not happy with CIDER ON FILM products, you can drop us a line at [email protected] and let us know why you weren't satisfied with the CIDER ON FILM experience. We can provide refunds and exchanges on a case-by-case basis, but this is entirely at our own discretion. We are always fair and transparent. If a customer requires an immediate exchange (meaning, if a customer placed the wrong order by mistake), they are encouraged to let us know directly. I am a professional social media influencer. How can I contact you to review or promote CIDER ON FILM?
Please contact us at [email protected] and send us the name and address of your website/blog and your SNS accounts, with monthly statistics and follower counts, along with where and how you will share your CIDER ON FILM review. We require both posting on SNS profiles and a website/blog entry for any product reviewed. In addition, your site or channel must be well-established and must have consistent views online, and you must be able to verify that you are the owner of the site or channel, either by email from a certifiable email address or by messaging directly from your Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, or YouTube account. Unfortunately, we cannot work with brand-new accounts. While we don't accept all offers, each reviewer's request will be assessed fairly on a case-by-case basis.
